GUEST POLICY

A security deposit of 500.00 PHP and valid identification must be surrendered upon Check-in.
NO EARLY CHECK-IN - guests are still enjoying their stay until 12:00 PM. Standard Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to the availability of room. If available, a charge of 150 PHP per hour may apply. To maintain fairness in service, please be mindful of other guests.
Standard Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out is subject to availability of room. If available, a charge of 150 PHP per hour may apply.
Day Use: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM (if a hut is vacant)
Guest(s) are only limited to setting up their tents or hammocks at the back or front of the rented hut, for other guests not to be disturbed.
Walk-in guests renting tables & chairs are only allowed to position in the space assigned by the front desk.
Management will automatically charge 500.00 PHP from the security deposit for lost keys.
Strictly no tossing of tissues, napkins, and diapers in the toilet! Clogged toilet bowls will be subject to forfeiture of security deposit.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your belongings during your stay. Do not bring anything valuable as much as possible. Always keep your belongings safe and secure.
