CANCELLATION POLICY/TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Bookings are considered final once full payment is received.
- For cancellations, please be informed that 50% down payment is non-refundable.
- If the booking needs to be rescheduled within 7 days before check-in, 20% of the down payment will be charged as a rescheduling fee. If it needs to be rescheduled less than 7 days before check-in, it will be treated as a cancellation and a new booking will be required.
